Harushika純米超辛口中取熟成生原酒

I opened the bottle I bought at the Harushika Kaku-uchi (corner hitting) event at Asano Sake Shop the other day 😄.
I opened this one after drinking all the Oshinshu.
In the glass, there was a faint aroma of cooked rice...just a nice aroma 😅.
As expected of a super dry sake, the initial spiciness is more than other sake,
I knew it, but.... I knew that... 😝.
I knew it, but... 😝 It was right after Oshinshu, so I felt it even more than when I tasted it.
I like sweeter sake, but I find myself drinking super spicy sake 🫠.
It's strange 😄♪ Then, after the super spicy taste in the mouth
After the mountain of super spiciness passes, the spiciness of the base makes my tongue a little tingly, and on top of the base is a refreshing umami juice 🍹.
When you finish it, you will feel a blissful aftertaste from your nostrils,
The drink is then quickly drained away from the nostrils.
When consumed in one gulp, it is like a whisky 🥃.
The 18% alcohol content and pungent taste will make your heart
It's like a whiskey 🥃. It's like that 😄.
Coincidentally, following the last Daishinshu, it seems to have been called Teuchi or something like that.
I think it was something called "Teuchi".
Sometimes, this type of food is good 😆.
