Dassai純米大吟醸45
びびずIt is Ottersai Junmai Daiginjo 45.
I found it on the shelves of a supermarket, so I procured it and drank it at home for the first time in a while. It is still fruity and easy to drink.
Tonight, we had it with assorted sashimi.
