たあPolishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 17%. It is easy to drink and refreshing. The umami and aroma spread. It is as good as Fudo made by the same pot store. It seems to go well with a variety of dishes. It is a little high for sake at 17%, but I didn't feel that at all and it was delicious.
