There is no bubbling of fresh sake, but the freshness is good, and the balance of freshness and soft sweetness is pleasant!
It is easy to drink, with little resistance to alcohol, so it is empty overnight, and we have not yet confirmed whether the taste has changed or not.
I think this is a genre that tastes best when freshly opened, so I guess it's okay...
The price is reasonable and easy to find.
It seems to be brewed by a young brewer, so it is a brand that is likely to grow in the future.
