ちのIt is gorgeous but mildly sweet, and the aftertaste continues to be quite sweet.
It does not go well with the raw smell of yellowtail sashimi, but it goes well with yellowtail shabu-shabu. (Or maybe it goes well with ponzu?).
But I think it goes better with meat than with fish, and it matched better with samgyetang-style soup.
