Today's bottle is a raw sake from the Koyama Honke Brewery in Saitama Prefecture: ❗️
It wasn't so bad straight from the fridge, but I was concerned about the slightly bitter taste that lingered on my tongue, so I heated it up in the microwave at 35°C. The aroma was sweet with a hint of rice.
The aroma is a sweet aroma of rice❗️ sip heated, the bitterness weakens and the mouthfeel is mellow❗️ then there is a sharp spiciness❗️ interesting❗️❗️
