Yum, delicious nigori! So smooth and creamy! Soy milk, cream, honeydew melon, honey, peanut, ginger.
Sweet but pleasantly on the lighter side. So milky! It really tastes like alcoholic soy milk or something. It’s delicate and smooth but has a pleasant nutty bitterness and a good balance.
Can’t find much information on this brand online, but it doesn’t say it’s junmai, but either way it’s delicious!
