Tomorrow we will eat New Year's Eve soba noodles, so no alcohol!
So today, I opened a bottle of this recently purchased one!
It's a bit hard to open, isn't it? Is it hard when opened? Is it a food sake with little aroma?
Maybe I should put some intuition into it.
And then I decided to take a drink and leave it alone for a bit!
