It's in the category of cold grating, which has been sitting for about a full year since it was made. It is definitely round and mild. Every time you put it in your mouth, you will feel at ease. Milky, nutty, with a slight hint of dead grass (nice aroma!) . It is rich and has no corners at all. The taste is refreshing both warm and cold. When warmed up, the aroma of milk and nuts become more pronounced. Today just with edamame. I want to combine it with oden or simmered vegetables. I want to try a soy milk nabe if I want to combine it with a fragrance.
