Mimurosugi菩提もと 奈々露(ななつゆ)

I was looking forward to this Mimuro-sugi, brewed with "Nanaro" rice, newly developed by Nara Prefecture over a period of more than 10 years for sake brewing.
It has a subtle citrus aroma, and when you drink it, the umami and sweetness spread in your mouth, and the petit gas feeling combined with the acidity unique to Bodumoto leaves a lingering aftertaste, while the wine wears off lightly 🍶.
Light and light with low alcohol content, it has a high degree of perfection typical of Mimuro Sugi 😋.
