さけもん
This junmai sake is made from 100% Iwate original sake rice "Ginotome" grown by students of Morioka Agricultural High School.
It has a lactic acid aroma and a refreshing taste as if you were drinking water, with no unnecessary sweetness from the rice and a slight sourness.
It is good to drink with any kind of food as a mid-day drink!
The next day I tried it lukewarm, and as soon as I put it in my mouth, the distinct rice flavor spread, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
When it was cold, it was too refreshing and unsatisfying, but by warming it up, I was able to enjoy the robust flavor.
