The freshness of freshly harvested pears and the sweet aroma of peaches spread gorgeously. The slightly chili soft brewing water, and then a huge explosion of rich, fresh apple sweetness! The bitterness, which is typical of new sake, is in perfect harmony with the sweetness and keeps you from getting tired of it. I seem to be a sucker for sweet and bitter flavors with a low acidity.
