ニ五郎(ニゴロウ)
A new challenge for nigori sake. Easy to drink. I am sure to repeat it!
Aroma: No alcohol taste that tingles in the nose, which is common in sake (I'm glad).
Texture: Not even a juice, very easy to drink with a mild sweetness.
Change: I'm not a big sake drinker, but this one is easy to drink.
Impression: I paired it with a creamy sake-kasu miso nabe and it was the best match! I'm sure I'll be back for more. I am personally very happy with the lactic acid bacteria taste derived from rice.

Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewing alcohol
Alcohol content: 6%.
