Souvenir Sake from Hikone Day Trip No.5
This is the last sake from the Hikone trip.
This is one of the Haginoro-San's sake comparison. The other two were different in spiciness, but overall, Haginoro-Saké is mellow but has a sharpness in its shadow. It is more for the novice than the expert.
It can be served cold, room temperature, or lukewarm.
Slightly harsh ginjo aroma.
It is mellow, but the acidity comes later.
Quite dry.
I'd like to try it lukewarm next time.
