Since home drinking has been accumulating, I will start writing about home drinking from here on.
Let's start with Tateyama. I always drink Tateyama.
I like it after all.
The pickled firefly squid in the photo is a nice one, and it makes me want to drink a dry sake from Toyama. That would be Tateyama Honjozo.
Or even a ginjo.
So, Tateyama is great.
