There is a strong lactic acidity upon opening.
After a few moments, you can smell the aroma of honeydew melon and a faint aroma of rice.
The first bite is sweet! It's so sweet!
Then you feel the sweetness and crispness of the cantaloupe, the bitterness at the end fading away.
It's fruity, with subtle rice and acidity, and sweet.
Very good wine. It tastes like a fruity drink that makes you forget it's a wine!
The only downside for me is that it's hard to buy and not get to taste it as often!
