Super Masa
I quite like it because of its strong alcohol and acidity. This is the first time I have tasted Shibetsu-produced Comet sake rice, and even though the rice polishing ratio is 60%, I can feel the lingering rice miscellaneous taste in the aftertaste. It makes me want to explore Hokkaido.
