It is so luxurious that it is like drinking undiluted sake.
I ordered this series because I heard it had a strong sweetness, but the first thing that jumped out at me was the acidity. The first thing that jumped out at me was the acidity, not sharp, but mellow. After that, a rich, matured umami flavor comes in.
