はるとそら
Hitotsume is a sake that we continue to drink every year.
This sake is made only from sake rice produced by a man named Takayuki Arai.
Incidentally, the town of Shintotsukawa, where Mr. Arai grows sake rice, is said to have the largest area of sake rice in Hokkaido. This sake was born in a town where sake rice is grown.
The aroma is sweet and fresh. After the juicy mouthfeel, it has a tangy flavor that is typical of ginpu, and its sharpness does not interfere with food. It seems to be getting tastier every year.
We are looking forward to next year's Hitotsume.
