Entry: Fruity aroma, smooth.
In the mouth: Tingling gas and sourness, umami in the back, not much sweetness.
Aftertaste: The sake aroma comes out in a fluffy way, and then the fruity aroma comes out afterwards.
This is my first Sakyami. Very sharp! And yet the fruity feeling is new to me. The crispness after drinking makes it great with meat dishes or white fish... I'm not a big fan of dry sake, but this one goes well with it! I'm not a big fan of dry sake, but this one goes down a treat!
