Ayagiku Kuradashi Special Junmai Nama-Shu
The special junmai sake made from 100% Kagawa sake rice "Oseto", which was made during the winter of this season's production, is kept at low temperatures in a "nama-envelope" (stored in its unpasteurized state without being heated), and is then heated only once before being shipped out from the warehouse!
The aroma is reminiscent of fresh green fruits, the rice flavor of "Oceto", the full-bodied and robust taste of the raw sake, and the good balance between a moderately refreshing acidity and a pleasant bitterness for a good finish.
It is delicious chilled, but in this season when it is still chilly, it is also recommended to be served at room temperature or lukewarm.
It is a robust sake, so it goes well with dishes with a strong flavor, such as simmered dishes and yakitori sauce.
