Fukuda福田 純米大吟醸 生酛造り
やら
Fukuda Junmai Daiginjo Namahashi-zukuri
Yamada-Nishiki grown in-house is polished to 35%, which is the standard for the class to be exhibited.
It is brewed using the highly challenging "Namahashime" method, a type of sake not often seen.
The taste has a voluptuous sweetness from the sake's natural yeast yeast.
The taste is clear and flows like a Daiginjo.
It is super delicious! I'm looking forward to its release, even though the specs are pricey!
