We served it hot.
It is an uncommon sake that is easy to drink cold, but when warmed up, the acidity expands and it can be paired with a variety of foods. This is a great example of Kame-Wari's versatility.
I think I prefer it heated up.
I think it goes well with many kinds of food, but I personally think it goes best with rice.
