Today's sake is a Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed from Ishikawa Prefecture's Isshaku-Suisei ❗️ and also brewed with Sake Mirai, a sake rice produced by the Takagi Shuzo brewery in Yamagata, the same company that produces Jyushiyo. ❗️❗️
The aroma is a subtle ginjo sweetness❗️As you take a sip, you get a fresh ginjo fruity taste with a slight astringency❗️And the fruity aroma also leaves your nose❗️It is a good sake for a mealtime drink❤️
