コタロー
I decided to start my new sake with Yokoyama 🍶.
The aroma is slightly rummy and acidic.
When you drink it, it has a fresh, chiri-chiri-chiri-shuwaku mouthfeel with the delicious taste of rice spreading through the mouth, and finally, a slight sweetness that gradually tightens up. Delicious!
It is not so hot as to be super spicy, but not so hot that you can clearly feel the sweetness on your tongue. There is a citrus acidity and a juicy muscat-like flavor. As the temperature rises, there is a bitterness at the end?
It has a fizzy and light mouthfeel, but it has a robust, or rather rich, juicy flavor that is typical of nama-zake, so it goes surprisingly well with oil-based meals.
Even after a few days, it is still fresh sake? Even after a few days, it's still good because it's a new sake, and even if it doesn't go all shwashy, the gas is still well dissolved. Is it sweet? It has a subtle hint of rummy gas, and the acidity tightens it up.
It was a delicious sake with a strong flavor that made me want to drink the next one!
