It's crisp and it's sake, but it's not as rough as its rough name.
If you want a more robust sake, it may not be enough. It was just right for today's lineup.
It was just right for pickled wasabi! I think it would be much more refreshing with more flavorful dishes.
I think I can recommend it to the father's generation of sake lovers (a certain prejudice)... I wonder what arabashiri is... It came in a cute glass, perhaps to match the cat's label.
