This is a Junmai Ginjo made with Akatake's Aisan. I heard that this is the third year that Akatake Shuzo has tried the Aisan, but this is the first time I've tried it.
Gorgeous strawberry-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is soft and gentle.
It has a soft sweetness that is typical of Aisan, but at the same time it is clear and clear. It has sweetness, but it is smooth and not stubborn, so you can drink it as much as you like. Akatake has good sense of balance in this area. It is a delicious sake without any complaint.
