Today I got the victory commemorative shiomai and it's Monday and I'm having sake 🍶.
This is my first brand. Great name 👀.
The aroma has the sourness of Yamahai and Namaho sake.
It has a spicy and tasty flavor that hits you in the mouth.
I was scared of the sake degree of 14, but it is not as spicy as I thought it would be.
When it is heated up, the spiciness mellows out and the umami is more pronounced. It is delicious with shioumai and tochiai (fried tofu). The alcohol content is over 17 degrees, so please drink it in moderation today: ☺️
