Cold Sake.
Dry slightly mellow, beautiful ginjo aroma.
Slightly acidic, giving the impression of clean sweetness and clear mouthfeel.
I could taste the umami as it passed down my throat.
Can be drunk alone, goes well with seafood.
Day 2, cold.
It was characterized by a full flavor in contrast to the refreshing taste of cold sake.
Personally, I think it is best at room temperature to chilled.
It is also easy to drink on its own!
