t.o.s.h.iGagakuyo with a sweet image. I prefer modern to classic. I dare to choose fire-aged Garakudai as my first Garakudai. The first day after opening the bottle at room temperature...wine? Then, put it in the refrigerator. Second day...a little sake? It is an interesting sake that I am looking forward to seeing how it progresses!
