カチカチ山
I bought this bottle on a hunch that it would be delicious, when I spotted it at a liquor store.
The manufacturer seems to have changed its name to "Sakurao Brewery and Distillery" now.
The aroma is fruity, like pineapple.
The palate is smooth and smooth, with a slight sweetness, followed by a light spread of rice flavor and a gentle bitterness on the back end.
It is very easy to drink, with a lingering aftertaste that leaves a strong aftertaste deep in the nose.
Overall, this sake is very gentle and easy to drink.
We had it with mugwort dumplings, which complemented the sweetness very nicely.
