I visited the brewery and went to the brewery opening.
Known for Hana Hato, this is the first brewery to brew kijo sake.
They offered free tastings of 40 different kinds of sake.
The sake I took home was a kijoshu, which is lighter than aged sake, and with an alcohol content of 13%, it is sweet but easy to drink, making it a sake to go with desserts.
