Upright aroma of apples. Soft mouthfeel, with a mild gentle sweetness that follows the clear water and a full umami. The sweetness flows clear. Finishes with a thin spread of weak acidity with no corners. No bitterness. While the sake is tasty (the overall feeling is of waves coming and going), this is an excellent food sake that goes well with food.
