On "Vernal Equinox Day," Tokyo became a cold spring with big thunder ⚡️ and rain ☔. Last week was hot and sweaty and I was fighting with pollen, but when it suddenly gets cold, spring seems so far away. Today is a national holiday, so I cooked. It was a menu of fried rice with canned mackerel miso and Chinese soup. I opened the sake before cooking, so I didn't think about the combination at all 😆. Nice to meet you, Urasato-san. I was curious about this because of your delicious review on Sake no Wa. I opened the bottle after mixing the cloudy, thick, 15mm thick, sunken oli and opened the bottle! The crown blew off 🫅. The sweet aroma of this beer was very pleasant, and the anticipation was very high. It has a sweet taste like 🍓, a fermentation shuwa, a tangy texture on the tongue, and a cloudy richness. It's a sake that makes you go gulp 🍶. Delicious! I'm drunk before cooking ^_^.
