A taxi driver introduced this sake to me when I was passing through Saga on business a year ago. I had heard the name before, but I didn't know it was so good.
It has a soft mouthfeel and you can feel the sweetness of the rice naturally.
It is easy to drink, and the aftertaste is beautifully fruity.
