Purchased at Fukushima Sake Shop
I finally bought a bottle of Jyushiyo.
It's my first time to buy it in a bottle!
The one they had on sale when I went to buy it was Akaban Omachi, so I chose this one 💁.
In retrospect, it was also the first time for me to drink it!
I immediately opened the bottle 🍶It tastes delicious😊.
Softly spreading umami and a clean aftertaste
I can sense the Jushiyo in the aroma and flavor 🤔.
It has a mellow flavor and umami, but with a clean aftertaste, it's my favorite flavor that I don't get tired of drinking: ☺️
I haven't compared them, but I like it a lot among the Jyushiyo 😊.
I wonder when I can buy it next...
