It is crisp and dry on the palate and down the throat, but has a strong rice flavor, just like its name. Sake from Niigata is delicious. Tonight, we enjoyed this sake with snacks from our relatives in Nagaoka, while remembering the Nagaoka Fireworks last night. Thank you very much for the delicious meal.
