Yamagata Prefecture Takagi Shuzo Jyushiyo Ginzen
The ginjo aroma spreads softly.
The flavor is refreshing at the beginning.
Although it is alky, there is no sticky sweetness at all, which I found amazing.
Even without the fact that this is the first bottle of Jyushiyo I have ever had myself, I felt it was one of the best.
