Fusashimaya Usagi Shin GOLD Junmai Daiginjyo Nakakumi Nama-nihanzake ORIGARUMI
A bottle from Yamakawa Dungeon in Gifu* Fusashimaya is also a Gifu brewery.
I was curious about this bottle because it is a bottle of second fermentation in the bottle*.
When the bottle was opened, the pressure seemed to be a little high, but there was no spillage. After pouring it into a glass, I could see the lees shaking and recognized it as a bit of a leesiness.
From the supernatant
The nose is a mixture of rice and green apple.
The attack is slightly effervescent and pleasant.
The nose is quite sweet, with a moderate rice sweetness, not too much sourness or bitterness, and little miscellaneous taste.
The aftertaste is also lightly sweet.
The sweetness is further emphasized by the leesiness.
The sweetness is further emphasized, and the taste is a bit sticky, but the carbonation is effective and it goes down the throat nicely*.
The overall impression is of a refined sweetness that does not make one feel its high alcohol content.
