A bottle from Yamakawa Dungeon in Gifu* Fusashimaya is also a Gifu brewery.
I was curious about this bottle because it is a bottle of second fermentation in the bottle＊.
When the bottle was opened, the pressure seemed to be a little high, but there was no spillage. After pouring it into a glass, I could see the lees shaking and recognized it as a bit of a leesiness.

The nose is a mixture of rice and green apple.
The attack is slightly effervescent and pleasant.
The nose is quite sweet, with a moderate rice sweetness, not too much sourness or bitterness, and little miscellaneous taste.
The aftertaste is also lightly sweet.
The sweetness is further emphasized by the leesiness.
