The owner says that if you drink it thinking it has a great coffee taste, you won't feel much at first, but the flavor comes out in the middle, making the cloudy sake crisp in a good way.
I thought it would be hot coffee, so I tried heating it up, but that didn't taste good, so I don't recommend it.
Of course, I bought it immediately.
I see...I see...I see.
The aroma is definitely coffee milk lol.
Just as the owner said.
The first sip is a bit of a rush, as doburoku should be, but there is a slight coffee flavor.
It refreshes the harshness of muddy sake.
After the second sip, the sake goes on and on, perhaps because I had gotten used to it. The effervescent bubbles are amazing.
It may not be for everyone, but I thought it was a sake worth trying at least once.
If you have a chance, you should definitely try it.
