I happened to be drinking it with Niimasa, so some of it may be due to that, but it seemed very refreshing and easy to drink.
Sake made from Gohyakumangoku rice.
Polishing ratio is 80%.
A cool and refreshing sake with a taste that goes well with any kind of rice.
