I'm a day late in posting this. I bought it because it was sparkling and low-alcohol, but when I opened the bottle and looked at the bottom, I found something white... I thought "I'm sick! Even though it is a sparkling wine, it is not sweet, but rather dry. And the specs are
Rice used: Akita Sake Komachi
Polishing ratio = 50%.
Sake meter = +11
Acidity = 1.9
Yeast used = Akita yeast No.12
