90% Gunma rice polished
It was served cold and a little at room temperature.
The label says ◎ at room temperature and ◯ for lukewarm sake.
I was attracted by the label and the name and the fact that no additives are used.
The aroma is a little sour.
The color is like white wine.
The taste is sour first, then softly rice.
It tastes like sake...(**)" I said to myself.
We had it with bonito tataki, asparagus, bacon (butter), kinpira, and raw vegetables,
I had it with kinpira and raw vegetables!
I thought it went well with all of them!
Thank you very much!
