I'm told that all Shinmasa is treated as Junmai, so this is the tagging. The rice is 45% polished.
It's not like sake, but it's easy to drink.
It has a high acidity level, but it goes down easy, so it's delicious.
Also, the label is cute and sparkling!
The aroma is fruity and wine-like.
It's a sake you can drink on its own!
I haven't had it in a while. It is delicious.
