The aroma of a strong acidity and alcohol mixed with a sharp taste prepared me for the drink.
When I drank it, I found it to be refreshing and easy to drink. It is sweet with a strong acidity.
It can be drunk by itself and goes well with food. I was surprised that this sake is from Kagoshima. It's totally possible.
