Ryohei
This is the second bottle of Yamamoto's "Do" this season.
Contrary to its appearance, it is light and very easy to drink. And silky.
Yamamoto-san's sakes give the impression of being light, and this one was no different. Due to the nature of the sake, which is almost completely unfiltered, it is silky and has a crispiness to it, but the taste itself is light.
Nigori sake has a shwashiness and is recommended for people who are not used to drinking it, but this sake's strong appearance may make it difficult for people to pick it up.
However, this sake may be difficult to get people to pick it up because of its intense appearance. However, I would like such people to try it, thinking they have been tricked.
The second bottle was just as delicious as the last one.
Thank you very much for the treat.
