Light, refreshing sake from Niigata.
I was given some fresh flounder.
I served it with sashimi.
It was a cold sake, light but not too spicy.
It's refreshing and delicious!
It goes well with the crunchy white meat!
A bottle of sashimi will go well with this bottle.
