In May, a Ganki sales person visited a liquor store he is familiar with.
Since Ganki is my favorite brewery, I was allowed to taste three different kinds of sake, and chose this one, a 500 ml bottle for a sake fair that "I only brought a little bit": 💁♀️
As expected of Ganki's daiginjo👍.
It has a light and naturally sweet mouthfeel, round rice flavor, slight acidity and sharpness. It is perfect. ❣️ It is not biased toward the modern style, but flows gently like a daiginjo while retaining some classical aspects.
I love Ganki after all.
