This is a summer sake with a low sweetness and a refreshing taste even though it is an unfiltered sake.
The smooth orikara flavor and low alcohol content make it easy to drink.
It is recommended to drink on the rocks, but I have never had sake on the rocks. (I worry that it might dilute the sake.)
