About Us
It is made from a revived sake rice called "Jinriki" and is freshly squeezed from the tank and then unfiltered, so the color is quite yellow and there are still some residues. This is the first time I've had sake rice called Jinriki! The aroma is sour and woody, though mild. The taste is clean and crisp, with no cloying flavors. It is easy to drink and well balanced, so it is good as a food sake ✨. Very tasty ✨
